DELIVERIES

**COVID 19 UPDATE: We are still functioning as normal in the safest possible way. Please allow slightly longer for parcels to arrive as delays are inevitable at the moment. Please contact us with any enquiries you might have, thank you for your patience.**

 

We dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow 5-7 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock and with standard shipping. As we are a new business we are unable to ship internationally however please drop us a message for any special requests and we are always happy to help.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Sometimes orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

Please also note that delivery is relying on our couriers to keep up their side of the deal too.

If you have requested a bespoke service then additional time scales / deliveries will apply due to the specifications being a tailored service. This will be confirmed when placing your order.

Faulty/Damaged Items

 

As a new business we are constantly learning and all our products are lovingly packaged but things can go wrong!

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please get in touch within 7 working days of receipt and we will be more than happy to help and offer a replacement or refund.

Proof of damage to the packaging and item, for example a photograph of the damage, may be required for our couriers. Upon return of the item the full price of goods will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the goods.

Returns/Cancellations​

You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not been dispatched. If you do wish to cancel your order,

If you have received your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it to us.

We can only accept returns if the product is in the original packaging and undamaged.

Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost. We suggest using a tracked service.

 

Refunds​

​

Once we receive your returned order safely, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

​

Please note that bespoke items/personal projects are non refundable

​

Packaging

We try our best to be kind to the wild and use recycled/compostable packaging with our orders.

This means you will receive cushions in waterproof compostable mailers, not boxes!
